Refund & Return Policy

We at Nayurveda value customer satisfaction and ensure our products are of the highest quality.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, we accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Please email us at support@nayurveda.com with your order details and issue description.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products bought on sale or as part of a combo.

  • Products without original packaging or seal.

Exchange

In case of damaged or wrong products, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Exchange / return / damage / replacement request must be raised in 48 hours

Once we receive the request we will delivery new product in 7 business days
